Original lithograph in five colours; printed on 240gsm Rivoli paper. The
printing was undertaken by Adrian Lack at the Senecio Press, Charlebury,
Oxfordshire, from plates drawn by the artist at the Curwen Studio.
Angela Barrett was born in Essex in 1955. She has worked as an
illustrator since leaving the Royal College of Art in 1980. Books
she has illustrated include The Snow Queen and two books by Susan
Hill: Through the Kitchen Window
and Can it be True?. Her book covers
include those for the novels A. S. Byatt and Nancy Mitford, published
by Penguin.
