Original engravings on boxwood hand printed from the blocks by Ian Mortimer at I.M. Imprimit on 145gsm mould-made Zerkall paper in a numbered and signed edition of 500 copies.

Sarah van Niekerk was born in London in 1934, and trained at the Central School and the Slade. She was tutor in wood engraving at the Royal Academy Schools and taught at the City and Guilds of London School of Art. Her engravings have been widely exhibited in England and abroad.
